If you ask an Architect for a proposal, it will usually be a fee proposal.
You can guess their style from their previous work but, until you commit, you won't be able to see if their ideas resonate with yours and if you're comfortable starting a professional relationship that will last for months or years.


Our Sketch Design service is perfect for you!
It's a stage before the usual Concept Design and not as costly.
After meeting with you and putting together a design brief, for a small fee, we'll provide schematic plans and perspectives showing you our ideas and proposals.
Our plans will show you the general distribution of your future house and our perspectives will illustrate our ideas on how your future house will look.
Our fee will be tailored to suit your needs, with black & white or water colored perspectives.



Presentations



This service usually completes our Sketch Design service, giving our client the full picture of their future house.
With the help of our partners in Italy, WIP Architetti, we can provide simple black & white sketches to convey our design ideas or fully water colored perspectives for a grand presentation to clients.

We already provide Design services for different companies.


If you're a builder and want to expand your services to your clients, Design & Build is what can make the difference.
